    The Department of Government, History and Criminal Justice in Regent University’s School of Undergraduate Studies is seeking candidates for a full-time, tenure-track position in History. Rank and specialty are open; the major is a new and growing major with offerings in American, European, and world history.

    Minimum requirements for the faculty position include an earned Ph.D. in History, teaching experience, and a commitment to Christ-centered teaching and learning. The university seeks candidates who demonstrate strong commitment to excellence both in undergraduate teaching and in scholarship. Preferred: skill in curriculum design and facility with online instructional technology. Appointment will begin July 2010. How Do Announcements Work?

Announcements on the Lehrman American Studies Center Online are published through a variety of media and channels in order to reach people when and how they would like to be reached. Once an announcement has been approved by an editor, it is placed in a queue for delivery. Some users will receive the announcement by email immediately. Others will receive it as part of a digest of messages at an interval of their choosing (within 30 days). Still others may opt out of the email delivery service but may follow the announcements page on the Lehrman American Studies Center Online.
